As a Licensed Massage Therapist and a former Certified Nursing assistant. I realized the importance of a caring, therapeutic touch, which can be reassuring as well as healing. After a few years of experience as an LMT, I have learned to focus on my clients' needs on an individual basis---no massage is ever the same, even on the same person!

I am a 2012 graduate of the Institute of Therapeutic Massage & Wellness, and have had specialized training in Hot Stones, Thai Yoga Massage, Facassage, Spa, Reflexology, and Prenatal massage;

Most of my clients come to me if the have pain issues or movement restrictions due to tight muscles and fascia. I am very good with myofascial trigger point release, which is used particularly in deep tissue massage,
